Hello,
The problem with the heater is that there could be a temperature limit switch fault / water limit switch fault / pressure limit switch fault. This means that the you will have a diagnostic code displayed like "LO" or if it is not that then it could be "SF" indicating Temperature Sensor Input Failure.
But this cannot be the only reasons there could be a malfunction with the main circuit board because of which the temperature is not under control. I would kindly request you to contact the technical support so that they could have some one sent to your place to have it repaired.
Please do not use the equipment unless and until advised by the technician.

I guess before you contact the technical support I would you to check the thermostat status.
1) If it is in AUTO mode then change it to HIGH and then set the temperature to the required amount
2) Set unit to “ACP” if you have the heat / cool option.
else
3) Call the service department for board problem.
