My Maytag microwave stopped heating. Everything

Generally the magnetron (the part that heats the food) is the cause if everything else still works. Unfortunately replacing the magnetron is barely cheaper than buying a new microwave though you can check out to decide whether you want to attempt replacing the part.

Let me know how this works out for you.

Our whirlpool microwave does not heat. Everything

Hi!if your microwave does not heat, it only means that the magnetron is not working, try to look for busted fuse. or check the capacitor for leak, the hi voltage diode sometimes malfunction, and if all of the above mentioned are all ok maybe your magnetron is defective.

Everything appears to work fine but it is not heating anymore.

If the microwave oven appears to be working but it is not heating the food, it is very possible that the magnetron, or its power supply has failed.
