Ice Maker electrical problem

I have a 3 year old GE Profile side by side refridgerator model number
PSS26NGSCWW.

My problem started by not getting any ice dispensed. The motor to drive the ice auger was not turning. I notice when the ice dispensor handle was pushed that the lights dimmed on the front control panel and the refridgerator shut down for a short period of time. Now I'm not even getting water dispensed, and even turning on the night lite for the water dispensor causes the lights to dim and temporarly shut down the refridgerator. The ice maker itself, still makes ice just fine. Any ideas?
