Question about Dryers
If this is an older dryer and you've never had to replace any components on it until now, you may still have a bad igniter. Just because it glows, does not necessarily mean it is good. The following link explains:
It is common for the igniter to become weak with age. If it does not draw enough current potential, the gas safety valve will not open and you have no ignition.
