Question about Dell Dimension 5100 (D51L1) PC Desktop
I've tried just pushing the buttons on the outside, i've tried clicking on the open buttons with the mouse. i've even tried to use a credit card to pry them open. i was gentle
There's a little pin hole somewhere on the front of the drive. Find something thin and push it in quite hard, this manually releases the drive mechanism and opens the drive.
