Driver don't work with Palit 9600 GT 1GB

I've just finished building my computer with 2 Palit 9600 GT 1GB's. I installed windows XP 32 bit and installed the drivers that came with the GPU. It prompts a reboot.
When I do reboot Windows freezes within seconds of logon. I've tried multiple times with the same results. Solution?
