I had Microsoft Visio 2003 up and running. Today it wants to install itself and is asking for the Product Key which I don't have as it was a download. How can I find the origional PK?

Have you tried looking in the "help" drop-down menu? The product code is usually in the "about" bottom line. Providing Visio hasn't uninstalled itself, it might be possible to find it in the registry but this is not an easy thing to do if you are unfamiliar with the registry. What operating system are you using BTW?
