Question about Logitech Force 3D Pro (963352) Joystick
Download and install the Logitech 5.02 driver. It will automatically enable the force feedback on the joystick.

I had the same problem! For me the solution was to unplug my Logitech cordless Rumblepad 2 from computer. I wondered why force feedback worked on rumblepad but not on Force 3d pro. Unplugged rumblepad and vóila :)
