I recently purchased the vehicle with the radio/cassette not working I thought it only needed the code to unlock it. The red code led flashes therefore power is present. but I am unable to attempt to enter the code number as I cannot get the display to indicate anything other than the time and temperature. The display is part of the vehiclcle. the radio/cassette has no visual display other than the flashing "code"led. I have checked that the radio/vehicle plugs are ok.
Is the radio defective?

- similar problem my red light used to flash took the radio out to get the serial number replaced the radio and now there is nothing at all no flashing code light and no light at all on the radioit is a blaupukt car 300 d in a vauxhall corsa n reg - lintabake393Nov 18, 2008
