I cant print from my computer i have a queue its

Let's start from scratch and delete the current or all drivers associated to this printer. Make sure the printer is not connected when attempting to reload the software. Make sure the printer is not connected through a hub, it must be connected directly to the pc or a dedicated card. Let me know if this does not work. Good luck.

First uninstall the hp drivers.
then let windows search the printer driver.
If the hp printer is found reinstall the hp cd driver.....
