Generic problem for all Routers

I can´t do reset to my Thomson TG5...

I add new password to enter in my adsl net and put password to get acess to the modem router and i think that it was admin but it doesn´t work, so I need make reset to put at work again
So, i need your help to do this,

There will be a reset button on the back of the router; you need to press and HOLD IT IN while you power off and on the router, hold it in for 30 seconds and it will erase all the settings and return to factory default.
