Lost connection unable to repair

Had unit for 2 yrs plus working no problem. Today magic network map indicates both laptops not connected to internet. Main computer works fine. Tried repairing connection to no avail. Also tried resetting power on modem as well as wireless unit. Tried uninstalling magic networks and reloading software and receive error 103 unable to verify internet connection. Internet is connected. I am on the air. Norton Antivirus turned off and Windows firewall turned off. What happened?? Using Explorer version 8 for browser.
