Problem for Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Got a new replacement mp830 under a service

got a new replacement mp830 under a service contract. Will print in all applications but one--a desktop program called Publisher Pro. I have the correct default printer selected and no error message comes up. It just doesn't print.

If it's a replacement MP830, you need to go into control panel, printers and make sure you delete your old printer. Windows will install your new one and call it copy 1. Your program could be trying to print to your old printer.
