Firmware motherboard: MSI K9N Platinum (MS-7250)

I am looking for firmware for my motherboard: MSI K9N Platinum (MS-7250) I don't seem to find what I'm looking for. :-(
More specs:
Motherboard ID: nVidia MCP55
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ (alias: Windsor-512)
Chipset: nForce570Ultra (South Bridge) AMD Hammer DDR2 IMC (North Bridge)
BIOS: AMI v 1.60

I'm using the Win7 Beta build 7000 (Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 6.1.7000 ) and am trying to convert to the 64-bit RC Ultimate. It's not working and a friend told me that I might look for updated firmware. Could someone please help me?

Is the MSI-K9N SLI-Platinum (MS-7250) capable of running an HD capable video card?

I would recommend upgrading your RAM to 2GB or even 4GB before investing into HD video card. It might be jerky. Your processor should be ok for it as it is.

This issue sounds like a possible defective power supply. Possible PSupply fan failure or PSupply is under powered for all you're devices. Re-check all internal connections.

MS-7250 (v 1.4) completes Win 7 install, but hangs up at the "Starting Windows" screen after reboot. All systems passed upgrade advisor. NOthing connected to mobo, only vga monitor, keyboard, mouse. No...

See if you can enter SAFE MODE. After turning on the power watch the screen and when you first see Starting Windows press the F8 key several times until you see a menu, select Save Mode. If the computer boots to save mode, it's probably just a driver problem.

At conclusion of Installing Windows 7, computer reboots, and hangs on the Starting Windows screen. MSI MoBo, MS-7250 (V 1.4). The system passed the upgrade advisor.

It sounds like the install was a bad or that your hard drive has bad sectors on it so the operating system cannot read the boot information properly.

Try booting the machine up in safe mode. To do this restart the machine and just after the post/splash screen repeatedly tap F8 until it gives you a sub menu. Select safe mode and let the operating system boot up.

Once in the OS click on the orb/start menu and type in the search bar cmd.

A command window will pop up. In that window type chkdsk /r (leave a space between the k and the /) the computer will tell you that it cannot perform a disk check because of files that are in use so you will have to schedule a disk check when you restart the computer, select yes to this and restart the computer.
It should boot normally and perform a disk check on the hard drive.

Please post back if you require anymore help.
