just remove your pannel and wipe it with a cloth and close the panel afer some time try to switch on your phone still u facing the same problem just charge your cellphone after 1-2 hrs it will slowly turned on

take the battery and sim card out. put the phone, sim card and battery in a bag of regular dry rice for two days. reassembly, this has worked for my phone and ipod.
