My blackberry keeps shutting itself down and

I know you are not making it up. I had a blackberry curve that would do the same thing. Every time when I was talking on the phone and an email or text would come through my phone would shut off and turn back on, and go through this reboot thing for a long time. I got a different phone from my boss and it never did that. Call Blackberry and report it to them. I know I did and they'd never heard of it, but they didn't treat me like I was crazy. Maybe they can help?
