The best way to charge the batteries is to take them out and place them in an external battery charger, this will also avoid any damage to the camera directly

then also check to see output MA of the USB adaptor which would generally be very less and takes very long to charge

for example if the batteries are 2200MAh and the output MA of the USB adaptor or for that matter of even an external adaptor is 200MA then it takes roughly 11 hours to completly charge the batteries

cheers
pls rate if this was any help

CAMERA WON'T COME ON

As this takes AA batteries, it is possible that you have inserted one or both of them the wrong way around. There should be some indication on the battery compartment, either +/_ signs or a little picture to show you the right way.

You need to use at least good quality alkaline batteries, or better, high capacity NiMH rechargeables. Zinc batteries won't be up to the job.

If the new batteries you have just put in are rechargeable, then they probably need to be charged up before you can use them.

I changed the batteries in my Kodak EasyShare C613 camera and the camera will not come on.

Here are the steps:
1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera. Please use lithium batteries Ni-Mh or rechargeable Batteries (2000 M.Amp or higher).
2. Clean the battery contacts.
a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera
3. Turn on your camera without the memory card.

Battery won,t charge

the price of KLIC7001 $29.00 try to purchase the battery at wallmart target or at kodak.com/go/shop.,
how do you charged your camera USB cable or AC adaptor? if USB cable make sure that the Cable is working fined and the USB port of a computer is not defective., If the AC adaptor., try to clean the 3 metal contacts of your KLIC7001 using clean dry cloth, then charge it again. if its failed., try to test first the camera itself using different KLIC7001 if its not charging it means the problem is on the camera not the battery

Recharge batteries in camera on g610 printer dock?

Hi, I think I can answer your question, i just tried something with my camera and camera dock.

My camera came with a Kodak battery pack(pack that looks like 2 batteries connected together). When I place my camera with this battery pack in it on the dock, a green light comes on on the dock and the batteries begin to charge. However, when i place any other rechargeable batteries in the camera on the dock, it has no effect, my theory is that it must be a battery pack, possibly by the same manufacturer so that it will charge correctly
