Problem for Apple iPhone Smartphone

"Connection failed"

I did all the settings for Tmobile and when I try to go on internet it says connection failed. When I try to send a mms it says "Server timed out" Can someone offer help? I have the cect p138

if you are using T mobile setting will be preloaded and its GSM you cant able to access because its preloaded in that
