Front loader leaving black marks

I have the same problem as the poster that posted the post below.

After my clothes have completed the wash cycle, I find I have black marks on some of the clothes. It looks like they were washed with a black felt tip pen. Have you heard of this situation and do you have a solution? I am having a terrible time with these black marks on white clothes. I am ruining so many clothes. Even soaking them in bleach doesn't get these marks off. It's gotten to the point that I'm afraid to do a load of undershirts. My washer is approximately 3 years old. When I wipe the rubber seal by the door, nothing comes off. Where are these marks coming from and how do I fix it.
