there are some screws in the hinge cover that pops out in most laptops , then a few screws to remove keyboard, and the cable attaching keyboard to motherboard , a clip to lift up

Dont have solution im sorry but just word of warning hubby carefully replaced back cover and then the screen died 2 days later! send it to authorized repairer dont do what we did and DIY its expensive business!!!

Unplug computer>power down> remove battery>remove all screws on exterior housing> remove internal screws> disconnect the wire/cable from keyboard>remove keyboard.

If you have to ask "how", I recommend that you STOP, and take it to a qualified technician for trouble-shooting & repair.
Typically, one CANNOT change the video-card -- one must replace the entire motherboard on a laptop.
