kirstynepark , You are in the FAV6800AW forum, if its that machine model I will try to help. If it's not a FAV6800AW or FAV9800AW and you receive no response in this forum try a machine specific forum or general forum. Just post with your machine model number and serial number. Having that info may trigger a faster response for help. Rich
