Open the settings for your messaging program and look for "threaded conversations." If you turn them off, it should stop displaying the messages that way.

If this was helpful, please give me a few thumbs up and leave a comment, thanks!

My phon turns offf and whev i turn it on it shuts itself right off

Try doing a hard reset or reformat your phones memory card. Turn phone off and hold the directional pad UP while turning the phone back on. Follow directions on screen. Also try taking the battery and SIM card out for 20 min and then put it back into the phone. There are two patch's avalible to download to update your phone. Click on the link below to download the Blackjack II user manual and patchs:

My blackjack ii just stopped working. I turned it

IT sounds like a software glitch.
the phone will most likely need a hard reset to repair it.
Sadly this will delete all of the personal data on your phone, and reset the phone to its factory defaults.
To perform a manual Hard Reset, press the Up Navigation key and the (Power) key.

Reseting blackjack II

Hi. Yes, in case of a hard reset, all your personal data (contacts, appointments, tasks, softwares installed, .. , except the data in your SD card) will be erased, and your device will be reseted to its factory default settings. But if you want to do a hard reset, you can backup your device's data using a third party software, and you can do a hard reset by following these steps: Turn Phone off. Hold directional pad UP while turning the phone back on. Follow directions on screen. Hope this helps.

baby slobber is a dangerous thing... turns out the phone just needed time to dry internally. It took a while, but everything's fine now.

Blackjack 2 won't turn on

Hi svstskier,

This is actually a bug in the BlackJack II's firmware. If you power the BlackJack II off, but you're unable to power back on, try removing the battery for about 10 seconds, then reinsert the battery and power back on. The power button should work now.

(At the moment there's no permanent fix for this.)

Does that adequately resolve the issue?
Are you turning the BlackJack II off to conserve battery? While flying? Something else?

Thanks!
Jonathan

Blackjack II will not start

This has happened to my Blackjack II and I've found if I plug it into the charger then plug the charger into the wall, the phone comes right on. It's a pain, however, if I'm not at home when it decides to do this since no amount of button pushing will turn it back on, it acts like the battery is dead (when I know it isn't!)

BTW, I've have to have my SIM card switched out twice and the battery replaced 4 times since I bought this phone brand new in February......
