Best to check if the antenna on the roof if you have one has not been dislodged. If antenna looks ok then try to rescan the channels through settings menu.

sometimes you can have weaker signal, and pictures freeze...
it can be caused by bad weather, by thunderstorms, heavy rain....
you can't do anything about it, just get stronger antena....it can improve your gain from signal, but never for 100%
di you try to place it in other place of your house. check first if you buy the product if it is appropriate in your location..try to ask technical assistance to the internet provider.
