Please, Give more detail! 1-You have Setup CD? 2-You are connecting trough a router or directly to PC? 3-What is its IP?

The hard disk is not reading. Unplug it to prevent further damage. Don't worry in many cases you can have the data retrieved from your hard drive by using this online company that I highly recommend:
