I've i9+++ phone. It does not work with two sims inserted

I mean: if I put the sim in the second slot (sim 2) , it recognizes the sim, it asks me the pin code but even if I put the right pin it does nothing.
if I use slot 1 , my sim works. If I put two sims, phone asks me for pin but it does nothing. HElp me please. regards Fabio

It should just work - about the only thing I can think of is that there is an option under settings that controls the dual SIM mode, and that should be set to "Dual SIM open".
