How can I find out what fuses to check for brake lights on 2004 Trailblazer

I'm a widow and I don't know what fuses or sensors to look for brake lights

does the third light on top still work? if it does, replace the bulbs on the 2 sides.if you still have problems, the circuit board within the tailight assembly could be bad.ive had those go bad along with some serious corrosion. good luck

SOURCE: 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer brake light doesn't work

If the other side is working, then it will not be a fuse problem. more then likely it is a grounding problem or there is a short in the wire. Take a test light and check and see if you are getting a hot wire to the brake light. If it is hot then it is a grounding problem. Make sure that the bulb is in the right way and look for any corrosion where the bulb goes and clean it out.

SOURCE: chevy trailblazer check engine light

P0128 is coolant operating temperature operating too low. This can be contributed to the Thermostat stuck open or faulty electronic radiator fan clutch. This is common, I had the same issue and replaced the thermostat and fan clutch and had the clutch re-programmed (required) at the dealer. As for the P0410, check the air pump fuse, if blown it will set this code on. Also check the air pump hoses for water and cracks. Hopefully this helps!!

2004 Trailblazer lower taillights not working upper work fine.

Tony, our TB's only have 3 bulbs, 1 brake, 1 running, 1 backup.
If you happened to be playing with NEW LED bulbs (from local retail location) for the brakes, guaranteed you blew the fuse under the rear seat. It takes a special CK socket for the brakes that no one carry's. If you're only dealing with normal incondecent bulbs, I'd still check the fuse under the rear passenger seat.

2004 trailblazer left and right brake lights are not working but the third brake light in the middle is. What could be the problem?

Could be a bad ground in the brake wiring. If you make a ground from the socket to the frame or body, see if the lights work.

check cruise control fuse and check the brake lights see if brake light working because the brake light switch will deactivate cruise control when brakes is applied.if brake lights dont work either fuse blowed or switch bad.if all is good have vechicle code scan because cruise control control by PCM and vechicle speed sensor and thottle actuator control motor.

I have a 2005 Trailblazer EXT. The cruise control all of a sudden stopped working and at the same time my interior light do not come on when I open the door. I am fairly certain it is a fuse. The owners...

I don't believe the two problems are related. For the interior lights check fuses #4 and #40 in the rear fuse panel. Also make sure you didn't inadvertently press the interior light disable button on the left side of the dash.
The cruise control can be disabled for several reasons, such as the check engine light being on, brake lights on continuously, vehicle speed sensor defective or a defect in the turn signal stalk. A technician with a high end scan tool can diagnose the problem easily.

I have the same problem with my 2004 Trailblazer LT. Driver side brake light does not illuminate. All other lights work fine. Replaced bulbs. Still does not illuminate. Cannot figure out which fuse goes to this light. Could it be a fuse?
