If the other side is working, then it will not be a fuse problem. more then likely it is a grounding problem or there is a short in the wire. Take a test light and check and see if you are getting a hot wire to the brake light. If it is hot then it is a grounding problem. Make sure that the bulb is in the right way and look for any corrosion where the bulb goes and clean it out.

P0128 is coolant operating temperature operating too low. This can be contributed to the Thermostat stuck open or faulty electronic radiator fan clutch. This is common, I had the same issue and replaced the thermostat and fan clutch and had the clutch re-programmed (required) at the dealer. As for the P0410, check the air pump fuse, if blown it will set this code on. Also check the air pump hoses for water and cracks. Hopefully this helps!!

does the third light on top still work? if it does, replace the bulbs on the 2 sides.if you still have problems, the circuit board within the tailight assembly could be bad.ive had those go bad along with some serious corrosion. good luck
