Question about Lexmark X2550 All-In-One Printer
Help me here, please.
What is the model number of the printer you are using?
From the very limited problem description, I 'll take a SWAG at the problem. It seems to me that the Lexmark provide software is communicating through the printer that you either have a solid failure on an existing Template or a Template was not closed properly.
If you haven't done any work on a Template, then I suggest that you uninstall the printer's software and reinstall it.
