If you still have access to your old account, and have acess to an IOS or android device, you can install candy crush on your device, and then link it to your old facebook account to sync the saves. After that you can change the account you are using on your device to your new facebook account.

If you don't have a device, you could look at using BlueStacks on a PC instead, but I'm not sure if it will work with Candy Crush Saga.

I WENT TO THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND SEARCHED FACEBOOK. When it came up, it had the option to update my facebook app, so I updated it, after that CANDY CRUSH CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK NO PROBLEM... go figure... my phone has automatically updated the facebook app several times, but the candy crush app would never connect until I updated the app manually using the google play store...
