hello, i just bought a new lcd flatron monitor, problem is, when i boot, it only says power saving mode then afterwards monitors turn black but the red light is blinking, help me please...

Hi,
I think your signal Cable is not connected properly.please check. Is your computer booting. Can you see HDD acivity LED blinking in your CPU?
