Question about ASUS Eee PC 900 Notebook
I just bought an ASUS EEE PC yesterday and cannot connect wirelessly. Works fine with ethernet cable. But when I try to connect wirelessly, it shows our home network with a strong connection (5 green bars) but when I click on connect, it says that Windows cannot connect and maybe the network isn't available. We use the wireless network for an Apple laptop and desktop and it works fine. The ASUS people couldn't fix the problem. I've never had a PC and am thinking about returning the ASUS and calling it quits. But before I do that thought I'd ask if anyone has any ideas.
You need to know if your home network requires a password or paraphrase to allow you to connect. Also, you might have to check your settings on your router, they have to match the settings of your laptop wireless adaptor. You can try these solutions and if no luck post with more information
