You need to load just enough staples in it that when you put retaining spring and clip back in that it will let catch on back of spring to go into slot in frame. I hope this helps. Thank you

SOURCE: how to remove jammed staples in staple gun?

Take out the small bolt that is secured with a nut at the back of the gun (at the end where you feed the staples) -- then drop the inset. Now you have access to the jammed area. Clear out jammed staples and put the stapler back together. Easiest way is to hold the nut and turn the bolt from the other side.

SOURCE: just got an ET50red electric

remove the staples and check inside for a jammed one up there. squirt some oil in there. load it again and try. please follow the instructions to a tee. having the wrong staples or what ever can damage the unit, if it isn't already. good luck

Staple gun seems locked...brand brand new

look for a small button on the side that locks the handle down for safety and transport. It will be a slide button so push the handle down to release it and slide it back

Arrow jt27 staple gun won't load or staple

Everyone here is assuming that you have fully operational gun. I have a business where we use these guns. I can tell you now that 3 out of 5 of the Arrow JT-27 just don't work. The staples won't advance. After looking at the information online, it is probably due to a weak spring. The best solution is to go with a different brand of stapler. This one is just not worth the trouble.

How do you load staples in ET501? I pinch the back of the loader together but it won't pull out.

Try pinching it and pushing it down at the same time. If that doesn't work then there is likely a jam.

The question here is what are standard staples in YOUR opinion? Are they designed to be used with this staple gun. What length are the legs of the staple 1/4" or less.

You cannot just use any staple in these guns They have to be the correct type either stanley or Bosh

How to load Arrow T25 Staple Gun

at the back end of the handle, there is a retainer spring loaded clip. Push it in, then push it downward toward the base of the stapler, the clip should then release the spring, pull the rod with the spring completely out, slide a row of staple in where the rod came out, ONLY ONE ROW, then insert the rod with the spring back in and push it firmly in, and lift it upward to engage the lock. and fire away... Hope this gets your working
