My used Dell Latitute D600 will not turn on.
I shut it down last night after working on it for a few hours. I had it plugged into the electrical outlet (since I got the alert my battery was low). I tried to turn the computer on this morning and NOTHING. No lights....nothing.....The power cord has a green light that is on...but no other lights visible on the laptop itself...UGh...please help.

> Just remove the battery and a/c adapter and make the unit as standalone, which means the unit should be connected to any external devices like mouse, monitor, Ethernet cable once its done press and hold the Power button for 1 min - here we can take out the static charge, if the static charge is more the unit wil not power on.
If this does not fix the issue,
