Question about Jensen Car Audio & Video
I have a jensen vm9512 and the nav102 unit. the nav system is asking for an activation code and says that the licence key is invalid how do i fix this?
I had the same problem and a very hard time finding any help on it on the web.
The NAV102 is made by Horizion Navigation (www.horizionnav.com)
I just emailed their tech support and got an answer very quickly (7mins.) from a Support Tech named Todd Carey. He said the software was out of date and directed me to:
He also asked me for my Device ID - This ID is given on the screen after an invalid code is entered. Mine started with AVX20090304...
(believe that is the manufacture date? after the letters?) With this Device ID he was able to give me the proper activation code.
I haven't actually tried the new software, but wanted to put this out there for anyone else that was having trouble finding info on the NAV102.
