A hard start kit always helps. Take a reading inside. Temp at the return air and temp at the closest grille. Subtract and that temp should be between 19 to 23 degrees. If not you have other problems. Contact service tech for free estimate. Possibly a little low on refigerat, Rus

AC compressor clicks on and off while running?

the compressor will cycle on/off when the cabin temperature is reached
the larger pipe will be cold to touch as it is the suction line for the compressor
if you have a problem with the ac ,it will not work the compressor at all and the lines will not get cold
When in doubt take it to an accredited ac specialist shop and have the system check out.

Mitsubishi ac keeps on turning itself off

If the compressor overheats, the clixon circuit will shut off the power to the motor to prevent damage. Then when it cools it will close the circuit and the compressor will again run to only shut down again.
The suction line going to the compressor should be cold - the cold gas returning to unit cools the hermetically sealed motor. If that line is hot you may be low on refrigerant.

HVAC American Allegiance 11 not cooling

The low and high pressure lines temperatures are backwards the large one should be cold and the small one should be warm. Sounds like a piston issue may be a restriction in the suction line

After installing my Klimaire 30912-H216 mini split, one of the three evaporators is cooling but not as much as the other two.

actually the hi side smaller line should be hot to the touch and the low side larger line should be cool or cold, sounds like a low charge without any further information, the small line coming off the compressor is the liquid compressed it should be hot, the large line low side returning to the compressor is the gas after the coils and returning it should be cool or cold depending on load

8 year old side by side, refrigerator and freezer not cold, compressor running, condenser fan running, discarge line not hot suction line not cold

discharge line not hot suction line not cold. This indicates the compressor is not working properly. It could be out of freon or just not pumping.

Liquid line is cool coming from condenser indoor air not cold enough. Unit runs constantly at temps of 90 to maintain 80 inside

If the compressor is running at 90 there should be hot air coming out of the condensing units fan, if not it could be damaged valves in the compressor especially if the suction line is colder than normal like ice cold.
Obviously if the compressor is not running then you have other electrical problems.
