Water coming from single shower handle

It may just be a screw loose or you may need to check the washer and o-ring inside. Dont take anything apart if your not comfortable in doing that. Get someone who does.

Fixed leaking faucet, now handles leak at the base & the water pressure is low

No, air can't get trapped in there. I don't think you did anything wrong. It sounds like the valve or internal parts are worn more than new washers take up for. Tightening down the valve just reduced travel for valve to open fully. Can't think of a fix; where's that joe da plumber?

The faucet leaks where the spray hose attaches to the spray head. Model 157-074r-st. The problem occurs when water is turned on. If the spray head is in the handle, water leaks below the sink. If the spray...

Yes the leak is the washer. You can get a new washer at any hardware store. Just take the damaged washer with you and have someone at the store help you.

Here is the washer size according to the manual 20X12X2.5

My waltec bathroom sink was leaking now that i messed with it ,its running by itself how do i fix this problem

It would help to know where is was leaking and what you "messed with"?

But in general, the idea is to replace the washers.
To do that, first turn off the water under the sink.
Then you first remove the handle on the leaking side.
There is often a small metal or plastic cover over a phillips screw.
Then remove the metal cap around the handle stem by unthreading or lifting up.
Then you can remove the valve by turning it as if to make the water go on.
It will have a washer on the bottom, held on with a screw.
Remove the screw, get a new washer, and then replace.

Occasionally my Duet washer leaks water into the tub after the wash is completed. It doesn't happen often, but I have not found that it does it after any particular washer settings. Also, sometimes it is...

It may not be leaking water in but, may have an issue pumping out all of the water. Try taking the bottom panel off (three star patterned screws). Inside, in the center and on the bottom, you'll see a plastic circle with some rubber hoses going to it. It has a small handle. Turn it to the left to clean out the pump. Chances are you have some lint, coins, or other debris preventing it from working properly.

empty the washer. then remove the bottom panel of the machine.put some water in it and see if the water is leaking when it is filling or full.I have seen a small hole in the tub just behind the bottom counter balance where the mounting bolt goes you may need to use a small mirror to look under there.f94b104.jpg

Leaking water

The o-ring and the plastic insert is broken. They may not have a part replacement, may have to get a new gun. Take the gun apart and you'll see the problem.

Washer will not drain water and is leakiing from

HI, this leak is caused by the back up or clog in the drainage system. use the following text to troubleshoot this issue.

Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

Water leaking out of front bottom

The pump filter seals in a most unintuitive way. It works well, but is hard to figure out and troubleshoot. If it becomes unsealed or pops out, the machine will leak horrendously.

Open trapdoor at bottom right of machine. If you see water leaking from around the filter handle, then proceed; if not, your problem is elsewhere. Pull on the filter handle, turning counterclockwise if necessary, until the filter comes out of the machine. Hold the filter in one hand and turn the handle counter-clockwise with the other. You may need pliers. Unscrew handle completely from filter. Place filter back into machine, pushing the rubber gasket into the opening with your fingers. Screw the handle back on, tightening as much as you can with your hands (pliers not needed this time). This should take care of the leak.

The way this works is that tightening the handle compresses the gasket and makes it bulge and seal the opening. But it must be uncompressed first, so you can get it all the way into the opening. Cool design, but not obvious, and not well described in the manual.
