It has a list of fault codes and also tells you how to reset NVM counts. Look in the bottom right of the page for the instructions. Hope this helps.

Enter Diagnostic Mode ( UI Diagnostic Mode).
At the Control Panel, press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then press the Start button while still pressing the 0 key.
Press buttons 6, 7, 8, and 9 on keypad and press Confirm.
Press the button machine status(System Settings), then go to Tools -- > Features -- > Maintenance.. -- > NVM Read/Write

in service reset NVM 744-361 --- > 0

How did you resolve the color problem? I am having the same issue on a Xerox Workcentre 24. After initializing the NVM, the auto-feeder does not work and the colors are off. How did you resolve the colors being offset?

User Interface (UI) DIAGNOSTIC ENTRY:
Turn on the power… then while holding down the ‘0’ button, press ‘Start’.
The screen will prompt you for an “Access Number”… use the keypad to enter ‘6789’ which is the Default Access Number.
This should bring you to a menu of options to choose from:
• NVM Reset (Non Volatile Memory) / NVM Initialization
• NVM Read / Write (memory adjustments) you will need to know which codes do what
• Component Control (for testing sensors, motors, etc.)
• Print (for running Test Patterns from Diagnostics)
• Subsystem Check (for fuser nip measurement check out, and developer unit check out)
• Max Setup (for setting up copy quality)


Set NVM to 776-060=0 and 776-372=0

Hi, you have to reset this code entering into diagnostic mode, If this fault is declared 3 times in succession, print and copy mode will be disabled. In order to clear this condition, reset NVM location 744-003 to 0. Saludos from mexico

This sounds like a fuser problem, underheat or over heat. On this machine also, it might be related to NVM, or NVM memory corruption. Sometimes the batteries on the Main Board, they just get old and die.
This can be a multiple problem on the machine.
This might require a Xerox service person to visit the machine.
Some ideas are: A bad heat sensor(Thermistor), very fragil and brittle.
A NVM might need to be reset, Over heat or underheat code in the diagnostice service mode. You need a service manual to find it.Very complicated to explain.
A full sump bottle can cause this, the machine enters a code in the NVM and will keep the machine from "Logicly turning on." Or a broken full sump bottle, sensor falls off or not in place will cause the machine to enter a error code in the NVM.

Hello sir; The problem you have can be reset, just follow the steps as below;
1, power on the machine.
2, while hold down the 0 key, press start.
3, enter the access number 6789
4, click onNVM reset/NVM initialization.
5, enter 777-018 press start.
