Click with the SECOND (RIGHT for most users) mouse button, and choose "EXPAND". Pick a target folder. Then, tell Windows to look in this folder to find the "theme" files.

u need to use Vista themes pack

Of course you can. They are named as Vista Inspirat 1, 2, 2.1, 2.2 and more. This is a crystalnet product........sodeep

right click the mouse
go to properties
then go to appearance
then themes are available
then select a theme and click on apply
then ok
(but bydefault xp-clasics,windows-xp themes are available. To find more in appearance screen first install the other themes)

you can download themes from themexp website and apply them to change the look of your pc

update your vista to microsoft it can help a lot like SP2 and SP3 updates. Direct X, and others, and also it will smooth your PC operations. but some update need to specify if it is a 32 bit or 64 bit OS.
