Why I refused the item. I received a item that had already been delivered. I did not order 2. The second one was refused and sent back.

Package number 0363505012 from UPS. The item was to 1ZV5E062 or IZVSE062. I was sent 2 of the same item.

Don't worry,sign in into your paypal acc. and find the transaction,click on "detail",this will take you to another page"TRANSACTION DETAIL",in the bottom of that page find "RESOLUTION CENTER" and click it,on the next page you can start your dispute.You are protected buy Paypal buyers protection but you have only 45 days to place your dispute.

Call the shipper...the company you bought if off of. If the package is lost, the shipper may just send you another one?

this happened to me where UPS lost the package. I contacted the shipper and they contacted UPS. They decided the package was lost and the shipper sent another one.

I got the second package they sent me, then about a week later I got the first one too!

Most companies have a dollar amount they won't quibble over say $25 dollars. If the item is under $25 they may just send you another one and if you get both..no big deal.

If the item is over $25 (and I'm making that number up) then they may do a little more research to try and locate the item before they just replace it.

An order said it was delivered but never received can amazon replace the items ups said the delivered

You can go to your amazon orders and click on that order and file a claim. When you file a claim theres option that you can choose, or you can add why your filling a claim. They would ethier refund your money, or they would help you get your package. Hope that helps, and you can also contact Amazon also.

I shipped an item first class and it was tracked and have time it was delivered but lady says she didn't receive the item. Do I have to give her a refund?

As long as you have delivery confirmation showing it was delivered, you are under no obligation to issue a refund. If the buyer were to open a case against you, you would be able to prove to eBay and/or PayPal that the package was delivered so they won't make you give any money back. You will need the delivery confirmation number from the post office, and when you enter that on USPS.gov under "track & confirm" as long as it says delivered with a date & time, you are in the clear.

It seems that the item was sent to the wrong address, you need to contact the shipping carrier who delivered the package to send back the item to the seller. Shipping carrier company will be able to do that for you.
