Well... I'm going to first ask that you DO NOT rate me for this post...unless you DO find that it helps you.
DO NOT RATE ME POORLY FOR THIS. This is information that I was able to find after translating a foreign language page.
It seems that the plotter uses the following CANON cartridges:
Black: BC-1001 BK
Cyan: BC-1001 C
Magenta: BC-1001 M
Yellow: BC-1001 Y
You can find the closest thing I found to a link
HERE.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that Canon has ANY information on these cartridges. (At least not that I could find.) I didn't even find these cartridges available at any of those cheapy ink cartridge web sites you find out there by the handfuls.
If I am reading the site correctly... I added one of the cartridges to the basket and it looks to me like they're asking $25 US per cartridge. I couldn't get as far as checkout without making an account, so I don't know what shipping looks like.
This may very well be your only option from what I was able to find after 20 minutes.
Again... If you're going to rate me AT ALL, please make it a decent rating or no rating at all. I did not have to spend my time looking around for something that I figured was going to be fruitless from the beginning. Y'know?
(Sorry for being so cautious about this... A lot of people just give you a "Not Helpful" rating just because we couldn't solve their problem for them right off the bat. Very uncool.)
Good luck with this one. The only other option I can give you is to head to an office supply store and get a refill kit for the old cartridges...if you have them. They usually have them for specific brands such as Canon, HP, Lexmark, etc. Make sure you get a kit with Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow. I know that Staples carried them when I worked there as the Electronics Lead.
Later.
