This error code is related to the fusing unit within the machine so if you are unable to clear it by what I'm about to tell you or if it persists to appear then you will have to contact someone to come out and look at it for you.

press your yellow clear all key,
press 1 0 7
then press and hold the red/orange stop/cancel key for about 5seconds.

once you have done this successfully you will get a change in the display, you will have a box with COPY SP in it. Once you have this box switch the machine off at the wall and leave it off for a few seconds then switch it back on, all should be ok now.

If the code comes back straight away you have a problem and need to contact an engineer.
