We have 2 yp-k3 players in our house and when you plug them int the computer the player says the USB is connected but on the samsung media studio it doesn't show up that its connected so i cant transfer songs. I have Tried putting the music onto it through windows media player but it says not device has been detected. also when i plug in my mp3 a screen pops up called MTP Media player wth only one action in it ' Take no action' has got anything to do with it?
Do you have media player 11 installed? It wont work with media player 11.
Also make sure you have no traces of media player 11. When you roll back from 11 to 10 it still leaves a trace of media player 11. Check your add/remove programme setttings carefully to make sure there is no reference to media player 11. If there was and you have removed it, restart your computer.

The MP3 player is charged by connecting the supplied USB cable to the
MP3 player and then plugging the other end of the USB cable into the USB
port of a working computer. This cable is also used to copy music files, video and photos to the MP3 player from the computer.
Do you mean the cable to connect to your computer's USB port? You can purchase a wall charger that has a USB port. You can also purchase a cigarette lighter plug with USB port to operate/charge your player in your car.
Go to www.ebay.com and put in the name and model of your player in the search panel.
I went there and I saw over 200 sync cables for your Samsung YP K3 MP3 player.
You will need a USB data/sync cable. One end will plug into your MP3 player, the other end will plug into the computer USB port for charging and downloading music to your player.
I hope this helps
connect your samsung to a computer usb, go to my computer, check for removable e or f , with the samsung connected go on the net and type search samsung k3 mp3 player software. the computer it self will select a software to down load.
When the YP-K3 2 gb device is plugged into the USB Port, the system
says "Found New Hardware, Samsung YP-K3" which then switches to "MTP
Device" and then fails on an MTP error. It seems to be searching for a
driver, and cannot find one. H E L P!!!!!
