Emergency calls only

ICE stands for "In Case of Emergency" so it's just the people you would want someone to call if you were not able to call yourself. I think their names appear red in the contact list.

If your phone is unlocked , try another sim card using another network not related to yours , if it works , then it means your phone has been blocked by your provider

the cable that connects to the motherboard and the screen is already busted. you need to visit the store and have it replaced

"Emergancy calls only" usually means there is no network coverage.
Try.....

1. Turn phone off.
2. Take sim card out.
3. Leave phone off for 60mins
4. Insert sim card back into phone and turn the phone on.

If this doesnt work, you can contact your network for more information.

I think that is because of your service provider. Try with a different valid SIM card.

you need to contact your service provider and let them know what going on. They probably send you another phonelike the same one you have

Did you buy the phone brand new, or used? Try doing a master reset on the phone.

First try to reset factory settings of your phone. If not solved it need to be flashed.

when you see the red line going through the phone it means you lost service. this might happen because of where you are located at the time you are making your phone call. If you are located in a remote area, i suggest you find out where the best "hotspots" are located at inside and outside.
