Re: "On" button

Is it cocked to one side?

You may be able to get it freed. Just leave it unpowered till you do. If is not cocked to one side it will have to be taken apart and fixed.

Here is the service manual, Good Luck.

How to repair the left click button on HP Pavilion ZT1135

I had the same problem. It is pretty easy to fix. You have one of two options to follow.
1) Push down moderately hard on the left mouse button. After 2 mins or so, and the cap should back on to the button on the bottom
2) if number 1 doesn't work get a needle or pin and lift the left mouse button off. Then just apply very little, not even a drop, maybe half of a drop to the button and apply the cap back on and push down.

On button problem

This situation is not one that a novice should attempt. For a pro it should be an easy enough job. My advice is to take it to a shop.
