The green lines crackle like static then after a while disappears then tv operates until the next time i switch on

There is nothing more you can do.
I will take it as, that the green line is all the way from top to bottom. In this case the panel needs to be replaced. This is very, very expensive. If tv is out of warranty, it will be better to buy a new tv.

my swisstec tv had exactly the same problem this week march 30th and the 12 month warranty expired.....i went to skymediauk online and extended my warranty ..free for 3 months they collected it,fixed it and returned it in 46 hours

Most likely a power supply component has aged and thus changed value and/or
failed. Take it to a reputable repair person.
