Unknowingly I put mini SIM in SIM slot and has gone inside the SIM slot and unable to remove from outside. Any way out to remove the SIM

This generally occurs when you switch off your
phone directly(by taking out the battery or holding down the power
button.why? because your phone is trying to read some instructions from
the memory card but is incapable to do so due to your previous activity.
FIX
Fix
is really simple and uptill now you have probably understood what to
do.just take out your memory card and now switch on your phone with
memory card uninserted.the phone will start normally.now insert your
memory card with phone switched on. now you should uninstall any
wnwanted software from your memory card(if there is any) and woohoo,
the problem is solved.

nice noon...you need go to cellphone repair shop anf try to reprogram or master reset your phone,,i think the problem of your phone is software..good luck....
