Question about IBM ThinkPad T30 2366 Notebook
I home school my son using an IBM ThinkPad T30 Notebook, which up until today worked great. However, today my mother accidently spilled a glass of water on the table. The bottom of the computer got wet. However, it still worked. After my son was finished for the day, he turned off the computer. Now it won't turn back on. I can't get power from the AC adaptor or the battery (which needs to be replaced itself, as it will only hold about 45 min. worth of power). This computer not only holds all of my son's grades and subjects, it is also the computer that I use for personal pictures and business. Can anyone please help me?
Do not under any circumstances turn it on for a couple of days.It should of not been turned on whan it got wet. You could of fried the motherboard. Let it dry till Monday, then you will know if the damage is done.
