Question about Palm Treo 650 Handheld
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia recently and one of my problems is weak hands. Before special finger exercises, I dropped my phone several times. Now some of the keys don't work. Is there a way to fix this?
The phone is pretty new and I'm going to need to use it for a while.
Oh, I'm sorry to hear about your fibromyalgia Margo. There is a possibility that the settings got a little jarred from being dropped so much if this is the case then you should be able to perform a system reset on the phone and just work through the prompts. If that doesn't work then you may want to call in and have a hard reset performed but it does reset it back to factory default setting so you will want to synch your phone to your computer so your information will be saved. Hope that helps :)

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
