I have a 14 year old Frigidiare Side by side. Every day we have to sponge up the water that has collected on the refrigerator side on the very bottom underneath all the drawers.

Check your water pump it may have cracked.

it comes from freezer. remove back cover of freezer and unclog hole where water collects

Probably a plugged drain.

Insert it in the drain in the bottom and squeeze it cleaning the drain. Several applications will solve the problem, and do not forget the refrigerator side as well.

If water appears on the floor in front of the refrigerator once or twice a day, it could be due to a clog in the defrost drain tube. You can deal with it once for all by pouring warm water into the drain pipe to clear any blocks and sopping it off with a sponge..
