Transferring data

My computer has lost all my data but it is still in the handheld z22. How can I transfer the data FROM the handheld to the computer. When I have transferred before the info goes from the computer to the handheld and if this happens I lose all. TKs.

Get a fresh copy of HotSync software at http://palmone.r3h.net/downloads.palm.com/PalmDesktopWin62.exe
After new installation create a new profile
When it sync it will from handheld to the computer.
