First rule out that it is a paper issue by trying a different type of paper
If that dosnt work
check if the gradation setting is too small when printing graphics. On the Basic Setting menu in the printer driver, click More Settings, adjust the gradation setting by sliding the Contrast slider bar
If that dosnt work
Clean the print head .
see steps at the bottom
If that dosnt work
It is starting to look like drum/photoconductor problem, this may need to be replaced (the most expensive solution)
Follow the steps below to clean the printer head.
Open the cleaner cover on the right side of the printer. Then, open cover A.
Pull the blue lever on the right inside of the printer.
Move the blue cleaner slowly in and out once.
Note:
Move the cleaner completely in and out. Otherwise, the printer may not be cleaned effectively.
Push back the blue lever on the right inside of the printer.
Close cover A, then the cleaner cover.
